Who has Alderman Jim Gardiner hired into positions of public trust?

UPDATE 11/24/2020: Alderman Gardiner and his Ward Superintendent have been sued in federal court after allegedly lying to police, harassing a constituent, and having the constituent falsely arrested.

Gardiner knowingly hired Charles Sikanich as 45th Ward Supervisor at a taxpayer funded salary of $96,096 who has been arrested multiple times, including theft, battery, impersonating a Chicago Police Officer, and driving under the influence of drugs. According to the most recent arrest report, Sikanich pounded on the door of a young Hispanic woman late at night, demanding she come outside, stating “I’m with the Chicago Police Department and I need you to step out of the apartment so I can talk to you.”

Is this who the Alderman is sending to the homes of elderly for wellness checks and to answer calls for services?
